
ASRA Care
ASRA Care is totally unique in its provision of domiciliary care. Each person has a package of care put together which centralises on their individual needs. ASRA Care provides a range of care and support people from the age of 18.
This may include:
- Support to get dressed and undressed
- Life skills
- Bathing
- Toilet-use
- Medication
- Cooking
- Budgeting
- Cleaning
- Shopping
- Support to attend religious places of worship and any other appointments
- Support to access community services and social activities
- Confidence building
- Tenancy sustainment support
- Any other agreed personal assistance required
Our carers will endeavour to meet all cultural requirements as staff are carefully selected to best meet the needs of the person requiring care or support. All staff speak English with some also fluent in a variety of Asian languages, i.e. Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi and are culturally aware personal and social needs. This enhances the support required by some members of the community.
All staff are fully DBS checked and provided with training, so you can be sure to receive a dignified quality based service. Support plans are carried out by the registered manager as are the reviews which will be carried out bi-monthly to ensure needs are constantly met.
